The Dzire is already India’s most popular compact sedan, and now the company is planning to give it an electric makeover. With a stylish design, long driving range, and advanced features, the Dzire EV will surely grab everyone’s attention.

The upcoming Dzire EV is expected to come with a 45 kWh battery pack that can deliver a range of up to 350-400 km on a single charge. It will also support fast charging technology, which can charge the car up to 80% in just 45 minutes.

In terms of looks, the Swift Dzire Electric will retain its familiar sedan design but with modern EV touches. The front grille will be closed for better aerodynamics, LED DRLs will give it a premium look, and stylish alloy wheels will enhance its road presence.

Inside the cabin, the Dzire EV will come with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, automatic climate control, and premium upholstery. The car will be spacious enough for a comfortable family ride.

For safety, Maruti will equip the Dzire EV with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, rear parking camera, and advanced driver assistance features (ADAS) in the higher variants.
Swift Dzire Electric – Price & Launch Date in India
The expected price of the Swift Dzire Electric in India will start from around ₹10 lakh (ex-showroom) and may go up to ₹14 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top variant. The official launch is expected in mid-2025.
